Evaluation of the condition of shafts, bearings and related parts of industrial machines. This service is provided with the analyser VibXprert II by Prüftechnik, one of the most modern and perfect analysers.
The analyser allows to determine the following faults and potential changes:
- vibrations (resonance, unbalance, turbulence, etc.);
- current condition and long-term monitoring of bearings;
- condition of the alignment of belt sheaves;
- electric problems in electric machines;
- we can perform periodic measuring under maintenance contracts;
- measuring history can be used for estimating the machine’s service life and perform proactive maintenance;
- perform static and dynamic balancing.
