This service includes the inspection and adjustment of coaxiality of rotating shafts of machine. We use the device TKSA 40 to provide the service.
Correct alignment of the machine allows to avoid:
- excess vibration;
- overheating;
- 50% of bearing related problems;
- problems related to the wear of seals and mechanic parts;
- excessive energy consumption;
- fatigue fractures of shafts.
